How to setting up my business email account on E-mail clients?

Business e-mail configuration standard

We are care about the security of your email transacation. On business email service, we enabled SSL support for IMAP, POP and SMTP protocols to help you to protect your valued information.
Below are the configuration that commonly used by us :

  1. POP configuration :
    • Incoming server : mail.bizmailcloud.com 
    • Incoming port : 995 (POP3-SSL)
    • SSL : Yes
    • Password type: Plain / Encrypted
    • username :(full email address)
    • Password : (email password)
    • Outgoing server : smtp.bizmailcloud.com
    • Outgoing port : 465 (SMTP-SSL)
    • Outgoing authentication : Use the same settings as incoming server
  2. IMAP configuration :
    • IMAP server : mail.bizmailcloud.com
    • IMAP port :993 (IMAP-SSL)
    • SSL : Yes
    • Password type: Plain / Encrypted
    • username :(full email address)
    • Password : (email password)
    • Outgoing server : smtp.bizmailcloud.com
    • Outgoing port : 465 (SMTP-SSL)
    • Outgoing authentication : Use the same settings as incoming server
  3. Autodiscover with Exchange ActiveSync (add-on service).

    Autodiscover allow you to sync Mails, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders and Notes on your PC and all your mobile devices in seconds!

    This feature supported for the latest mobile devices including iPhone/iPad, Android and Windows Phone 7. It is also available on most other mobile platforms. Exchange ActiveSync also supported for Outlook 2013.

    If you are using Outlook 2003 and later, you have to install below Outlook connector plugin to enable the benefit of ActiveSync support!
